And the Swiss Transit Real Time tracking system mentioned here is different than http://www.nextbus.com how?
The children’s nightlight will encourage small children to play with power sockets. I have a two young children and I am very aware at how curious they are. A doll poking it’s fingers into a socket won’t warn them away, it will get them trying to stick their fingers in!
John, I would highly recommend you reconsider this posting and have it removed. Promoting a product that is likely result in serious injury or death to young children is a very bad idea.
What’s funny is that, if you open Hamsters and the Swiss trains in tabs, you get to watch the trains moving to the sound of the “Ride of the Valkyries.” Cool. As for the nightlight - it’s an artpiece, not really a nightlight, and I think the poster on Superuse was being tongue in cheek when he proposed its use as a learning tool. Anyway, I wouldn’t even put it in MY room as a nightlight. In the dark, it would be way too creepy.
I was joking about the “nightlight” as well. In the unlikely event that it should ever turn into a real product, I would recommend it only to people with dark senses of humor in child-free homes.
John
This should be on the same page as the “nightlight”:
